Buying refurbished goes a long way in extending the lifespan of existing devices, saving it from the landfill and from contributing to the exponential growth of e-waste in our environment. Did you know that buying a second-hand phone saves up to 34 plastic bottles of CO2 emissions? You can make a significant difference in our fight against climate change!

At Getgreenr, we work closely with trusted partners to ensure every device you purchase is first thoroughly inspected and in line with our own high standards. We’re confident in the quality of our devices, and we back it up with the longest default warranty available on the market. Furthermore, buying through us means we’ll have your back. This means that you interact with us directly and we’ll speak to our vendors on your behalf - no more fussing about with sub-par customer experiences. Our dedication to our customers is second to none and will ensure every interaction you have with us is pleasant and fuss-free.

Every single purchase from Getgreenr comes with a warranty of up to 12 months, ensuring that you have a peace of mind and hassle-free usage of your devices.

Within this 12-month warranty period, the first 3 months cover any functional defects under normal use, excluding accidental physical or water damage. Batteries are covered for the full 12 months, free of charge, for any failure or overheating.

Need more peace of mind? Add on our GetGreenr Assure for another 9, 15 or 21 months and our Assure Plus (on selected products) to cover accidental damage from drops, spills or any other woopsies.

Shipping for your devices is free! Most of our products take 3 to 5 business days to reach you, although if you need your devices urgently, you can also choose same-day delivery if you place and pay for your order before 3pm.
