Warranty & Refunds
1. Warranty Coverage (Up to 12 Months)
Every eligible device purchased from GetGreenr comes with a limited warranty of up to 12 months, subject to the terms below.
- First 3 months: Coverage for functional defects arising under normal use conditions
- Up to 12 months: Coverage for battery-related manufacturing defects or abnormal performance degradation (excluding normal wear and tear)
During the warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the device at no additional cost if a valid warranty claim is confirmed. If repair or replacement is not reasonably possible, we may offer a partial or full refund.
This warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage (including drops, liquid damage, or impact damage)
- Misuse, unauthorised repairs, or modifications
- Cosmetic wear and tear
- Normal battery degradation resulting from regular usage
All devices sold may be refurbished, pre-owned, or otherwise not brand new unless explicitly stated in the product listing.
2. GetGreenr Assure (Extended Protection Plan)
Customers may purchase GetGreenr Assure to extend coverage beyond the standard warranty period.
- Extended protection options: 9, 15, or 21 months (depending on eligibility)
- Assure Plus (selected products only): May include coverage for accidental damage such as drops and liquid spills, subject to specific plan terms
GetGreenr Assure is a separate service with its own coverage terms and exclusions, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase.
3. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery if:
- The device has a confirmed functional defect, or
- The device materially does not match the product description or listing
“Material mismatch” refers to significant differences in specifications, condition grade, or functionality as stated in the listing.
We reserve the right to inspect and verify all returned devices before approving any refund.
- Approved returns will be collected via doorstep pickup
- Once the device is received and verified, we will process a full refund (excluding delivery or transport fees where applicable)
- Devices must be returned in the condition received, including all original accessories, and with all user accounts removed and device locks disabled
We reserve the right to reject returns if the device has been damaged after delivery, misused, or altered.
4. General Provisions
Warranty and return rights are provided in addition to any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable laws, including the Personal Data Protection Act where relevant to data handling during support and claims processing.
