Delivery Timelines

Most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of order confirmation. We also offer same-day delivery for selected products, subject to availability and where orders are placed and paid before 3PM. While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including peak periods, logistics delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Risk of Loss & Delivery Responsibility

Risk of loss and responsibility for the product transfers to you upon successful delivery of the item to the provided delivery address. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party delivery providers, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving such issues.

You are responsible for ensuring that all delivery details provided are accurate and complete. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information, failed delivery attempts, or unavailability of the recipient, additional redelivery fees may apply. Once an order has been confirmed, changes to the delivery address may not always be possible.
