Every single purchase from Getgreenr comes with a warranty of up to 12 months, ensuring that you have a peace of mind and hassle-free usage of your devices.

Within this 12-month warranty period, the first 3 months cover any functional defects under normal use, excluding accidental physical or water damage. Batteries are covered for the full 12 months, free of charge, for any failure or overheating.

Need more peace of mind? Add on our GetGreenr Assure for another 9, 15 or 21 months and our Assure Plus (on selected products) to cover accidental damage from drops, spills or any other woopsies. 

Shipping for your devices is free! Most of our products take 3 to 5 business days to reach you, although if you need your devices urgently, you can also choose same-day delivery if you place and pay for your order before 3pm. 

Although you shouldn’t have to return your device, in the rare cases where your device differs from the listing or is defective, you can contact us within 7 days of receiving your device. We’ll send someone to pick up your device and issue a full refund minus transportation fees.

All of our devices work in Singapore out of the box without any additional tinkering. Our partners only source their devices from reputable third-parties and have performed a network unlock, factory reset as well as polishing to make it (almost) as good as new!
